Blackforrest Cake
Here is my miniature version of Blackforrest Cakes.... Delicious!
What a great combination of flavors and textures! Chocolate cake, rich creamy filling, crunchy dark chocolate coating, and juicy FRESH dark cherries, not the overly sweet maraschino fluorescent red variety! Very rich and refreshing at the same time. What a great way to start the day!
