I think tonight's the night, where I will take the plunge and try my hand at it. I still have to decide on what kind of filling I would like. I've been thinking about "Salmon/Ricotta" and then serve that with a lemon butter sauce? Sounds good doesn't it? I'll let you know how it goes.
I'm also going to try and make edible salad cups out of parmesan cheese this week. Hopefully I'll get a good step by step guide together.
